Silene Vulgaris ‘Bladder Campion’ Cut Flower Seeds
Silene Vulgaris is a pleasing flower that makes us curious with its peculiar shape of a balloon with a wild effect. This bladder campion is quite different from those ‘ordinary’ flowers where this is a hairless perennial herb with 1-3 feet tall, branched shoots. This is unique in its kind of blossoming with large round lobes that are inflated like a bladder calyx in light green to pinkish shades. The white petals on the outer tip and long white stamens with dark tips enhance its beauty. This has a teardrop shaped fruit capsule and when it ripe, it splits open at the top, thus there is a round to kidney shaped seeds. This will be an exquisite addition to your garden, where everyone will notice, and it is super easy to grow and a favourite to cut off for the flower arrangers.
