Flower Sprout Seeds

Flower Sprouts, also known as Kalettes, is a hardy plant and are a cross between a Brussel Sprout and Curly Kale. The rosettes are the 'Flower Sprouts' – tiny, cabbage-like leaves with flashes of purple, edged with frilly green leaves. The flavour is much milder and sweeter than a sprout, with a distinctive, nutty sweet spring greens type flavour.
