They are a cut & come again variety so keep picking to ensure fresh new growth but as they are at their best when eaten young and tender sow seed little and often every 3-4 weeks to ensure a successional crop of fresh young leaves throughout the season. How to Sow: |
Sow thinly in narrow drills 0.5cm deep. Thin seedlings to either 10cm apart for 'cut & come again' cropping or 25cm apart for larger plants.

Care: |
Keep weed free & well watered in dry periods to protect from bolting but do not over water. If growing as 'cut & come again' regularly pick a few leaves at a time. After 6-8 weeks after initial harvest the Mustard will deteriorate & need replacing.

Harvest: | Approx 3 weeks for microgreens and 6-8 weeks for young tender leaves. It may be possible to get all year round production with successional sowing and by keeping indoors in winter. |
