Chard Seeds

Growing Chard from seed makes an attractive and versatile vegetable. Multi-coloured varieties such as ‘Bright Lights’ are the most striking, their stalks ranging from brilliant red through orange and yellow to white. Use the baby leaves raw in salads, whilst the larger leaves should be cooked like spinach.
