Cauliflower Graffiti F1 Seeds (AGM)
Vegetable Seeds from Sow Seeds
Cauliflower Graffiti F1 produces dense, rich deep purple curds that are not only unusual but full of flavour. The heads reach a good size - about 16cm in diameter and they look stunning in the garden or on a dinner plate.
Cauliflower Graffiti heads make unusual deep purple raw cruditÌÎÌ__es, especially when mixed with lime-green Cauliflower Romanesco and pure white Cauliflower All Year Round. A talking point at the dinner table. They can also be cooked like white cauliflowers but the colour keeps better if the florets are steamed rather than boiled. A little lemon juice in the water can also reduce the bleeding too! It is usual to cover the heads of white cauliflowers with their own leaves to prevent the curds from yellowing with the sun but this purple one benefits from sunlight exposure making the curds a deeper purple.
A healthy purple veg full of antioxidants! Imagine a row of Lime-Green / Purple / White cauliflowers in the veg patch stunning!
Catch crops can also be sown under cauliflowers to help increase the productivity of the patch such as radishes, lettuce or salad leaves. Or you could alternate your plantings with companion plants such as onions or garlic to confuse pests.
