Not only are they a sight to behold, but they also attract pollinators, making your garden a vibrant and lively space from June to September.

With a height of 80-100cm (32-40"), these hardy annuals will create a captivating display in borders or a stunning addition to your cut flower arrangements.

Cornflowers Romantic Mixed Cut Flower Information

Seed Quantity: Approx. 200 seeds per pack.
When to Sow: March - May & August - September
Site Conditions: Full Sun & moist, well-drained soil
How to Sow:

Sow your seeds from March - April at a depth of 3mm and spaced 30cm apart in well drained finely tilled soil, choosing a position n full sun. Germination takes 14-21 days.

Thin the seedlings out to 15 cm spacing when they are large enough to handle.

Alternatively, grow indoors from August to September for early summer flowering the following year. Sow on the surface of compost at 18-23ºC and cover lightly with compost or vermiculite.

When large enough to handle, transplant and grow in cooler conditions until large enough to move outdoors.

Flowers: June-September - about 2-3 months from sowing dependent on weather.
