How to Sow: |
Sow your seeds from September - October shallowly in trays and overwinter in a cold frame. Spring sowings will produce smaller plants that will flower well into Autumn. Germination takes 21-30 days but can be much longer. Thin out 30cm apart when large enough to handle and potting on or planting out after the frosts have passed. Deadheading or cutting will extend the flowering window. Once the plant has finished flowering you can collect the seed and sow immediately to propagate more plants for the following year. |
