Perpetual Spinach Seeds
Vegetable Seeds from Sow Seeds
Perpetual Spinach is a great easy to grow 'cut & come again' productive little plant that is winter hardy. It is a beet leaf that tastes like spinach but doesn't bolt like spinach and produces the earliest fresh veg of the year.
It can last for up to 2 years if picked regularly. Leaves should be used fresh so if you have too many give them away to friends or use them on your compost heap. The smaller immature leaves have a milder flavour. Once established it can be picked for 5-6 months a year and keeps well dried for the winter months.
Perpetual Spinach is good in containers too! An easy to maintain and productive addition to the veg patch.
