Prefers well drained, moist, rich soil. But grows and looks well in containers.

| When to Sow |
March to July.

| How to Sow: |
Sow thinly in pots or in a prepared seed bed and lightly cover with fine soil. Seedlings appear 6-12 days. Thin to about 5cm apart for baby leaves. Water in carefully with a fine hose. For continuous crops sow every 2-3 weeks.

| Care: |
Keep moist especially during dry weather and weed free.

| Harvest: | Pick when leaves are young about 6 weeks from sowing from early May to October. |
